Construction Opportunity Summit
AGC of St. Louis, in partnership with the St. Louis Minority Business Council, is proud to host the Construction Opportunity Summit (COS) on June 11, 2008 at the America’s Convention Center in St. Louis. Industry endorsed, collaboratively drafted, ConsensusDOCS standardized contract documents are now available for purchase through AGC of St. Louis. Over 70 standardized contracts are downloadable online from this link to the AGC of America Bookstore. The AGC Bookstore offers a yearly ConsensusDOCS subscription with unlimited access to all the documents or a pay as you go subscription, which requires a minimum $200 deposit. There is a third option available to only to AGC of St. Louis members.
As a member of AGC of St. Louis, you can use the chapter subscription. The chapter subscription, accessible at the AGC of St. Louis office, does not require a minimum purchase. To schedule access to the chapter account, call 314-781-2356.
ConsensusDOCS standardized contracts are considered to be industry changing as the focus of the documents is on better project results. The contracts address all project delivery methods, including design-bid-build and a new innovative collaborative agreement (ConsensusDOCS 300).
